SHIPPING POLICY

To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.

Treepex ships to residential and commercial addresses in across the world.

Shipping Methods & Times

Orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

Fedex and USPS are our primary shippers but we may use alternate ground shipping methods too.

Ground shipping:

  • USPS First Class Package (3-7 Bus. Days)

  • Fedex SmartPost (3-7 Bus. Days)

  • Fedex / UPS Ground (3-5 Bus. Days)

  • Fedex 2 Day (2 Bus. Days + 1 day for pick up) 

Note: FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays). Most large items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day service.

Please keep in mind most items ship from abroad.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, please log into your Treepex Account. Your username is the email address you entered during checkout. Your automatically generated password will have been emailed to that same address. When we load your tracking information, we give you the master tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers in your shipment on the courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and will arrive on different days.

Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Watches and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • If an item has a Treepex security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns Process

Your returned item must arrive at the Treepex partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Treepex partner’s location within 14 d
